Shipping Policy
- We Ship daily to New Zealand and Australia. (Except weekends & Public Holidays)
- We are in Auckland, and all the stock showing on our website is physically in Auckland to send the products immediately.
- We can ship your order the same day or the next working day (depending on order time) by NZPOST Courier Service.
- Free shipping to NZ non-rural addresses only. For NZ Rural address, please select Rural delivery $4.99 at checkout.
- We send out orders every working day by NZPOST. Generally, We deliver overnight (the next working day) or one to two working days to non-rural addresses, and rural addresses might take two to four days in New Zealand.
- In Australia takes 3-7 Working Days to deliver. We do not send PO Box Addresses in Australia.
- If you realise that you chose the wrong model, colour, size or quantity? Please email or text us as soon as you can. Our packages go out the door fast, but if you can catch us quickly, we'll happily change the order. If there's an additional cost, the item won't ship until the total amount receives.
- We will send you the Tracking number emails at various stages of the parcel to know the parcel's exact location.
- We send all the parcels in the signature-required courier. Please add a note to the order if you want a non-signature package or want to give instructions. You can add a message to the cart page.
- We are not responsible for Non-Signature parcels if the parcel is lost/stolen after delivery from your premises.
