SECTION 18 - WARRANTY All our products carry a 12 Months standard warranty, excluding the parts for repair and accessories listed below. Consumable parts and accessories, including Batteries, Chargers, Headsets, cables, memory cards etc. We don’t give a warranty on free giveaway items. All repair parts ( LCDs, flex cables, earpieces, speakers, charging ports, Touchscreens/digitizers etc.) carry a 90 days warranty. Cellmart Limited will meet our obligations under the New Zealand consumer guarantees act. You agree to return faulty items to our address at your expense at CellMart Limited, PO Box 76139, Manukau, Auckland 2241, New Zealand. We are committed to providing high-quality repair parts for mobile phones, tablets, and other devices. Please note: we are only responsible for the repair parts you purchase from us. We are not liable for the condition of your device or any obligations related to its repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the size, shape, compatibility, and your device's model number before installing the part. Inspect the part thoroughly upon receipt to ensure it meets your needs and is free from damage. Refunds are limited to the cost of the purchased part and do not cover any additional losses or damages incurred during or after installation Screen Protectors - Screen protector application depends entirely on the person and condition of the room. The bubble can appear if very tiny dust particles are on the screen. We do not give any warranty if the bubble is on the screen after applying the screen protector. Please retain your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase as this will be required for MANUFACTURER warranty purposes. Return postage of faulty items is the responsibility of the Buyer – no exceptions (RTB Warranty). Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a $20.00 processing fee. The warranty will be applied to the manufacturer defects only, not for the user's misusage. This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defective. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc., caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. Courier charges are non-refundable in any case. When returning an item, be sure to use a reliable postage method that offers tracking numbers and pack the return items sufficiently to protect them from damage in shipping. We are not liable for damage or loss in transit back to us. Please note: the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply where goods are acquired for business purposes. SECTION 19 - DELIVERY & PROCESSING TIME Cellmart Limited will make every attempt to dispatch your item as soon as possible. It may, however, take up to 48 hours from the date of payment for your item to be dispatched. Please note items will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. For New Zealand, the estimated delivery time will be 2 to 3 working days (excluding rural delivery, which will take up to 5-7 working days) For Australia, the estimated delivery time will be 3 to 7 working days. We do not send to PO Boxes in Australia. Cellmart Limited makes every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout; however, it bears no liability for delays caused by Courier companies. Where a Customer gives written authority for Products to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided. The couriers or postal services nominated by Cellmart Limited will deliver Products during local business hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday). All estimated delivery times are on business days and exclude weekends and/or public holidays. Pre-ordered products will try to be fulfilled in 10-15 working days, but if we cannot source the products, we will contact you to extend the time frame, replace them with a similar product or will offer a full refund. We are not responsible for any loss or any type of liability for delays or not fulfilling the order. SECTION 20 - GIFT CARD This Gift card is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and includes GST. Lost or stolen gift cards are the responsibility of the holder. The remaining gift card balance can be checked online. SECTION 21 - TAX & PAYMENT METHODS The price for all products on the website (www.cellmart.nz) is NZ Dollars and inclusive of GST (15%).
